The property market is a competitive place. Whether it’s lettings or estate agency there is intense competition in the marketplace. In the High Street or online, standing out is vital to success.
None know that better than experienced property experts Howells Properties who met up with us to discuss creative solutions for brand exposure.
The brief was to brand a Nissan Cube and make it a distinguishable feature on the road and out and about in the communities.
The key words were distinguishable, colourful and quirky.
The first part of the solution was to make the design a “riot of colour”. The vibrant palette represented the range of properties managed by Howells and the diversity of the communities they serve.
We wanted to take this further from a design perspective and almost transform the car fundamentally. Working with the distinctive shape of the Nissan Cube we went for almost a full wrap covering the back windows to create the illusion of a minivan.
The Technical Stuff
We printed the panels required on MetaWrap MD-X and these were laminated with the next-generation wrapping film’s matching laminate.
The results were, of course, absolutely consistent with the client visual and the wrapping team were the first to see, and register, the net-impact the design and MD-X print achieved having conquered one of the most challenging applications they’d undertaken.
The Final Result
The client was over the moon with the end result. She was so pleased that we have been commissioned to deliver the concept across their fleet.
