With a growing customer base Forward Waste Management had upgraded its truck fleet to deliver the very best waste management service to their customers.

Elite Signs and we were asked to give a full wrap to their new Optimus Prime esq MAN TGS 35.400 Hook-lift truck.

the challenge

The sheer size of this truck was the first, most obvious challenge and as always with busy customers, timescales are of high importance. Fortunately Elite have a large hangar that can comfortably take a truck of this size, ensuring we can keep to schedule as we never have to deliver the wrap outdoors and thus not dependent on the weather. 

Every panel of the Man TGS had to be changed and with the truck nearly 13 feet high, scaffolding was used for the higher panels. This was the sort of job that Elite’s Operations crew love and they got stuck right in, stripping and cleaning the truck ready for the wrap.

the final result

With just a week to complete this job from the moment we took receipt of the truck direct from the manufacturer and delivered to the client, time was of the essence. When the wrap was complete the Truck looked fantastic in its cool gunmetal grey and accent lime brand colours. It’s no surprise our Operations team were delighted to complete this sizeable project for a great company.
